Why is there a different account for business users and personal users?

Since real-estate companies have different needs from a private person we have added two separate account types to our website.

The main difference between these account types is the ability to manage a team of brokers. For the business account we have enabled the option to manage a team of brokers and allocate resources for the team to be able to operate with real-estate listings. since this functionality is not required for a personal account we have removed it from there.

How much does it cost to advertise my real-estate property?

The price depends on the type of listing (regular, prioritized, special) and the duration of the listing. You can see different options at our pricing page.

Is there a free option to advertise my property?

Unfortunately at this moment there is no option to advertise your real-estate property for free at our website. We are funding the development of this website based solely on the listing fees we collect. That is why we are able to provide these listings to you completely advertisement and banner-free
